The Engineering and Manufacturing Foundation T Level is an exciting way for your business to attract potential future recruits, allowing you to influence the learning of a new generation entering your industry. The foundation T Level offers students a pathway into completing a full T Level. This programme will be delivered holistically as project-based learning, to provide students with the key theory and practical ability to successfully manage and complete projects. Students will also work towards achieving a grade 5 (formerly grade C) in English and Maths.  Upon successful completion of their Foundation T Level, students will be able to progress onto the higher-level T Level or an apprenticeship. Designed by employers, for employers. Delivered by Bournemouth & Poole College, the College will collaborate with your business to agree how your student placement will work.
