This is a full-time course for students aged 16 - 19 designed to give you the opportunity to gain a Level 2 qualification and progress onto an Apprenticeship, or to prepare you to enter full-time work in the Construction Industry.

The course is based at our facility at the Fulcrum Centre campus (near the Tower Park leisure complex) in Poole.

This study programme also includes Personal Development, Employability and Work Experience, and depending on GCSE grades on entry, may include GCSE or Functional Skills in Maths and/or English (these will be delivered at our North Road campus in Poole).

Entry requirements for this course are either completion of a Level 1 Diploma in a Construction trade or Grade 4 GCSEs in Maths and English.

The course gives learners the opportunity to develop hand skills at their own pace and you will be assessed through a series of practical assessments and online tests throughout the year.
