What courses can I do after this?
You can progress to a Bricklaying Apprenticeship. You could apply to study another Level 2 full-time course at Bournemouth and Poole College. You could potentially apply to study a T-Level in Construction/Built Environment.
What jobs can I get?
This course is an ideal stepping stone for progression within the industry. You can find work as a Bricklaying Apprentice, an Improver Bricklayer or Labourer after this course with the opportunity to progress within the industry to become a Bricklayer, Ground Worker or General Builder.
What do I need to apply
To do this course you should have...
For direct entry on to this course you will require passes at Grades 4-9 in Maths and English and a keen interest in moving into Bricklaying.
If you have completed a Level 1 in a different Construction subject you will also be considered for entry to this course.
What about work experience?
You will be expected to complete 30 hours of work-related experience tasks.

Depending on GCSE Grades on entry - the study programme will include GCSE or Functional Skills in Maths and English.
