The focus of the Apprenticeship is primarily on individuals who are new to the role or are progressing on their career journey through the organisation.

This apprenticeship is suitable for people who wish or are already working in the private, public or third sector and in various sizes of organisation where job titles may vary. You will be either working in HR or entry-level to HR. The knowledge skills and behaviours will be the same.

Entry qualifications can be set by individual employers, however, typically The College would be looking for achievement of either:

•             a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship

•             other relevant qualifications and experience

As with all Apprenticeships, most of the training will be with the employer on-the-job •  The Apprentice will also attend Bournemouth and Poole College on the Bournemouth campus one day a week throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship.
