Five Star Learner Feedback:

★★★★★ "I enjoyed being able to put a lot of thought into my answers, and to link them to real life examples and thoughts. This helped me to understand the ideas to a better degree. The units have given me a greater understanding of the extremes of good mental health and mental ill health. This will allow me to be aware of signals and triggers in my work place and I will be able to support my colleagues should I notice any issues arising. My assessor was very helpful, we had regular check ins to see how my progress was going and we were able to sort any issues easily. I am grateful for her support during this course." - Christopher

★★★★★ "I will implement all I have learnt in my workplace and by having this qualification I feel empowered to challenge any barriers I may face in order to promote the importance of well being and mental health. My tutor was excellent - the feedback I got was invaluable to my learning. At the beginning, not being very technical, they supported me in accessing the course when I was struggling to log in!" - Clare

★★★★★ "I enjoyed all 3 units and having already completed a mental health awareness course, I did not find this too challenging. I have already been able to put into practice how to identify and help someone with symptoms of a mental health issue, and I am sure going forward there will be other opportunities to be able to help others and myself. I received excellent support from my assessor with constructive feedback and praise, this all helped to motivate me to success." - Roger
