No previous experience or knowledge of this subject is required.

You will be provided with an interactive learning account, containing practical advice and guidance to aid your learning journey.  We use an online learning platform known as eAssessor Pro to submit your written answers, all of our online courses are broken into bite-sized topics/sections and you submit your studies for feedback and guidance as you work your way through your chosen course.

Please don’t worry, there are no exams!  Plus, you will supported from start to finish by one of our online course tutors, who are industry experts in their own specialised fields.

  • Customer Service Advisor: Working in call centres, retail, or service industries, you would handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and assisting with problem-solving.

  • Retail Sales Assistant: Providing excellent customer service in a retail environment, assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions about products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

  • Receptionist: Working in an office, hotel, or healthcare setting, greeting clients, answering queries, and managing appointments. You would be the first point of contact, ensuring that customers and visitors are treated courteously and professionally.

  • Hospitality Front Desk Assistant: Working in hotels or hospitality venues, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing bookings, and responding to guest inquiries to ensure a pleasant stay.

  • Service Desk Assistant: Working in IT or business service environments, you would assist customers or staff with technical issues or service requests, ensuring that problems are resolved efficiently.

  • Sales Assistant: In this role, you would engage with customers in a store, helping them find the right products, offering advice, and ensuring they have a positive experience that leads to sales.

All courses are flexible part-time learning, from the comfort of your own home, requiring 3-4 hours of self-study per week. The duration of this course is 21 weeks.
