No previous experience or knowledge of this subject is required.

 

You will be provided with an interactive learning account, containing practical advice and guidance to aid your learning journey.  We use an online learning platform known as eAssessor Pro to submit your written answers, all of our online courses are broken into bite-sized topics/sections and you submit your studies for feedback and guidance as you work your way through your chosen course.

Please don’t worry, there are no exams!  Plus, you will supported from start to finish by one of our online course tutors, who are industry experts in their own specialised fields.

This course can serve as a stepping stone for various roles where knowledge of a lean culture is essential. Here are some roles that could benefit from this qualification:

  • Lean Manufacturing Operative: Working in a manufacturing environment to implement lean techniques that improve production efficiency by reducing waste, streamlining processes, and improving product quality.

  • Process Improvement Coordinator: Assisting in identifying areas where processes can be streamlined or improved to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You would help implement lean management techniques within various departments.

  • Production Team Leader: Leading a team in a production or operational environment, ensuring that lean practices are followed to optimise workflows, reduce waste, and improve efficiency and output.

  • Quality Assurance Assistant: Supporting the quality management team by implementing lean techniques to maintain high standards while ensuring that processes are efficient and cost-effective.

  • Warehouse Supervisor: Overseeing the day-to-day operations in a warehouse, applying lean principles to improve logistics, reduce waste, and ensure efficient use of space, time, and resources.
