What our learners say...
5 Star Feedback: "I enjoyed all aspects of the course. I find I am more understanding of individuals and their actions, feelings and behaviour, even if they do not have any mental health issues or disorders. I try to listen better and be more supportive to family, friends and others who may need support or just someone to vent to. My assessor was greatly supportive, encouraging and understanding." - Deborah
5 Star Feedback: "I work in HR in social care for a company that provides domiciliary care for people with disabilities. Some of our service users have mental health conditions but what we are seeing is a lot of people that are coming to work here also have some quite complex mental health conditions themselves. Being able to understand this is very beneficial for my role. I didn't seek any support but the feedback received from my assessor was wonderful. I have really enjoyed doing this course." - Caroline
