No previous formal qualifications are necessary, although education to A Level standard is preferred.
Assessment is by submission of the relevant number of assignments:
- One assignment for Award
- Two assignments for Certificate
- Six assignments for Diploma
There is an 80% attendance requirement.
Successful completion can lead to the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, an MBA, further professional studies or career progression.
