To achieve the full qualification you will need to complete all of the following units:

No previous formal qualifications are necessary, although education to A Level standard is preferred.
Assessment is by eight assignments. There is an 80% attendance requirement.
Successful completion can lead to the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, an MBA, further professional studies or career progression.
