The Certificate 121 Tutorial Hours from the following choice of units (minimum 2 Units):

* Principles of Management and Leadership

* Developing Managing and Leading Teams

* Managing Performance

* Managing Stakeholder Relationships

* Managing Projects

* Managing Change

* Managing Quality and Continuous Improvement

* Managing Finance

The start and end date of your Certificate course will depend on when you start and which units you choose to make up your Certificate (2 minimum needed).

No previous formal qualifications are necessary, although education to A Level standard is preferred.

Assessment is by assignments.  There is an 80% attendance requirement.

Successful completion can lead to the Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership, or the Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, further professional studies or career progression.
