Course Overview

There is nothing like a prestigious professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development to encourage employers to take notice when you are applying for an HR role.

Ideal for those who want to improve their people management skills and knowledge, the Level 5 qualification comprises seven units in total, three of which are core units based on the CIPD Profession Map, a further four to develop specialist HR knowledge.

This qualification leads to that all important CIPD Associate Membership, now only available with Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications.

You can start at a range of times over the year, taking advantage of our fully flexible HR tutor led interactive online virtual training sessions, to maximise your learning, but minimise the impact on your busy schedules.

Anyone who has experience in HR management.

Completed Level 3 CIPD 

Each module is achieved through assignment submission to CIPD.

Management or CMI Level 7.
