Department Overview
Thanks to funding from Dorset LEP, we have recently upgraded our engineering facilities with new state-of-the-art equipment, including the introduction of virtual welding systems. Our purpose-built facilities and workshops offer a true working environment using industry standard and sponsored equipment.
We work closely with many leading engineering companies based in the region to ensure that we provide you with the specialist skills, techniques and opportunities to be successful in your chosen career. Our training and facilities are kept up-to-date to ensure you leave with the skills employers look for.
