College hosts LEAN Manufacturing Student Presentations
On the 19th December, the college proudly hosted an incredible Student Presentations and Awards Ceremony to mark the completion of the college element of the first cohort of the front-loaded LEAN Manufacturing Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Over the past 12 weeks, talented apprentices had immersed themselves in intensive learning, gaining valuable skills and insights to jumpstart their careers in engineering and manufacturing.
During the event, students presented to a panel of employers, showcasing their newfound knowledge and demonstrating how they can apply newly learnt skills and LEAN Manufacturing principles in the workplace. From problem-solving to process improvement, their passion and growth were truly inspiring.
The ceremony concluded with well-deserved awards to recognise their hard work, dedication, and achievements.
