Job Ready Programmes

Our Job Ready Programmes are designed to enhance your work skills alongside specialist training in the field of your choice. 

Throughout each course, you will study for short accredited qualifications in employability, which are assessed through workbooks and observations. 

You will gain the required skills to prepare you for employment, such as communication and teamwork. We will also provide full guidance on writing a CV and filling in job application forms. 

Upon successful completion of the course, students will be interviewed for roles within their sector. 

For any students that have not achieved a GCSE Grade 4 (C) in Maths and English, one day per week may be allocated to developing those essential skills, which are highly valued in the industry.
